We do not offer exchanges, returns & refunds as our products are personalised to your specific measurements. However, if you feel the size, you fit in doesn't match the size chart, contact us at +91 7453027967, and we will customise the outfit to fit you.
All outfits come with a 0.5-1inch margin for added flexibility.
We only offer exchanges in cases of manufacturing defects. For any such issues, please reach out for assistance.
1. Exchange/Return Policy?
We have a strict no-return policy for all orders. Exchanges are only accepted for fabric issues or material defects. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
2. Shipping Policy?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
3. Delivery Timeline?

We only offer exchange in the below case:

An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.

The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.

The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece.

Please note that if any garment has been customised for size, colour, embroidery etc, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Any sale item is also not eligible for a return or an exchange.
If your garment meets the above criteria for exchange, please email us on inaaraddn@gmail.com sharing the following details:

Specify the reason for the exchange request, sharing images in case of a defective or incorrect piece.
Our team will verify the defects, after which we will email or contact you for necessary action. The product must be received within ten days from the day of contact from our team. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and the original tags are in place.
Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address
We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner. If you feel that you have given us the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order for a correction of address with your order number.
Colours
We have made every effort to ensure that the colours of our products appear accurately on our website. However, with screens being different for different computers, mobiles and tablets, there might be a slight variation in colour.
Request for Alteration
Please refer to our size chart before making a purchase and feel free to contact us in case of any questions or queries relating to sizing. In case of any customisations to the size, we’d be happy to accommodate your changes. Please write to us on info@seeaash.in requesting the same.
In case of an alteration in your garment post a purchase, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the garment to raise a request for alteration, stating the changes required.

After receiving the garment, we will process your alteration request and send the garment back to you. Please note, any associated courier charges will be borne at your end.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.
